(Translated by Google) We had the opportunity to meet Immagini e Suono in both Giaveno and Turin and were truly impressed by the professionalism and attention they showed us. A special thanks to Alessandro, who assisted us with uncommon kindness and helpfulness, taking the time to make our choices and offering meticulous advice. What we appreciated most, in addition to his expertise and in-depth knowledge of even the most technical aspects of the eye, was his ability to listen and understand our needs. You can sense a genuine passion for their work, but above all, a care for people that is not at all a given these days. Thank you so much to Alessandro and the whole family!

I received expert advice, and now the resonance problems I had in the listening room have practically disappeared.

Superconsigliato! (Translated by Google) Always a point of reference. I've known Lorenzo, the owner, for over 30 years, ever since the first HiFi shop was located in an apartment on Corso Traiano. The professionalism and experience that have always distinguished Lorenzo have been expertly passed on to his children. You always find the right solution for every need. I needed a subwoofer to match my system and, guess what... I found just the right one. Highly recommended!

Straconsigliato andate a trovarli nel loro showroom e non ve ne pentirete (Translated by Google) Good morning, I'd like to share a thought for the staff at "Immagine e Suono," located in Turin, a hi-fi equipment store with an optical department all in one showroom. I'll start with the affectionate and very friendly Fritz, a young Staffy: the true master of the shop 😁😁, and then move on to the owners. I'd like to add a note. The person writing was unaware of either the shop or the shopkeepers, coming from a city located a few hundred kilometers from Turin. In them, I found a courtesy and professionalism that these days often remains a pipe dream and, believe me, is difficult to match. So what do I feel like saying? Highly recommended, go visit them in their showroom, you won't regret it.

(Translated by Google) I highly recommend this shop for choosing Hi-Fi components. The prices are competitive, but what really makes the difference is being able to hear with your own ears what you're looking to buy, along with the patience and expertise of the owners. Absolutely the best experience I've had in a Hi-Fi shop.

(Translated by Google) I purchased a hi-fi system from the store. The in-store service was typical of an enthusiast, not a salesperson, which I greatly appreciated. (Translated by Google) I discovered the shop at a demo event and was so impressed that a few months later I booked an appointment to upgrade my amplifier. After briefly explaining the sound aspect I was interested in improving, Mr. Lorenzo immediately identified the "problem" and explained the technical reasons for it with expertise, but above all, in a clear and easily understandable manner for non-technical people (something not to be taken for granted in this field), all in the form of a pleasant and informal chat. I was able to enjoy a long listening session of the "candidate" new amplifier paired with my speakers and with various tracks where the previous component had some issues. In the end, I purchased the amplifier and am doubly satisfied because, in addition to having made a significant improvement to my system (while staying within the budget I had set myself), I also received interesting and pleasant Hi-Fi advice that certainly enriched my knowledge on the subject. I thank Mr. Lorenzo for his unwavering availability and patience.

I was treated very well, even though they hadn't seen me in several years, and I certainly didn't spend a fortune. Grazie! (Translated by Google) It's rare to find a shop like this, where an expert and profound HI-FI connoisseur named Coril takes you by the hand and leads you step by step through the depths of the equipment available on the market, explaining their strengths, weaknesses, and features in great detail. A shop I'll gladly return to! Thank you!

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ PROJECT Tribute The Dark Side of The Moon Limited Edition - Casse Sonus Faber Concertino Home - Amplificatore ROTEL A11 (Translated by Google) If I could give 10/100 stars, I'd give them all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What can I say... despite the distance, (Cn) in this case, has never been so close. I'm so happy to have chosen this well-stocked store. The attentive staff, Alessandro HI-FI, Coril & Simone, are all super competent, reliable, and patient—especially Cristina, who had so much with me😅, managed my anxiety perfectly…😆—the assistance was impeccable from start to finish! It's nice to have a point of reference, especially for major purchases. 😎 I'll definitely be back to explore the optical department too, 🤓 so I can get to know Alessandro in the optical department too! 😌 P.S. The Hi-Fi system I purchased, although the model—the turntable, to be clear—is sophisticated and refined, is very competitively priced compared to other stores in my area. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ PROJECT Tribute The Dark Side of the Moon Limited Edition - Sonus Faber Concertino Home Speakers - ROTEL A11 Amplifier

Impeccabili! (Translated by Google) For years, they've been a go-to place for any Hi-Fi purchase. Grazie Lorenzo e Coril Cavallo🙂 Aggiornamento 30 Luglio 2022. In aggiunta all'impianto ho acquistato qui una meccanica cd (Cambridge CXC. Veramente eccezionale. Grazie Lorenzo e Coril. Buon lavoro Ermanno (Translated by Google) For those looking for a quality Hi-Fi system, this is the place to be. Availability, expertise, and kindness are beyond description. Prices are very competitive, even online, which, however, doesn't offer what I described above. Thanks Lorenzo and Coril Cavallo 🙂 Update July 30, 2022. In addition to my system, I purchased a Cambridge CXC CD transport here. Truly exceptional. The sound (paired with the Rotel A14 MKII) is full-bodied and detailed. I found professionalism, expertise, and courtesy combined with absolutely competitive prices, even compared to online offers. I appreciated that my goal of identifying the best product to match the rest of my system, within my budget, was also the goal of Mr. Lorenzo, who acted as a consultant rather than a salesman. I am very satisfied. I have found the right partner for my future purchases, and I have already recommended them to friends, confident they will make a good impression.

(Translated by Google) I purchased a pair of KEF Q150 speakers from their store. To help me with my purchase, the owner offered my wife and I his listening room and all his expertise, kindness, and patience to help us find the best solution that would meet our tastes and perform at its best in our living room. No online store can offer a similar service, and I can assure you (from my limited experience) that if I had bought blind, based solely on online reviews, I would have been disappointed and would not have felt so confident and satisfied that I had made the best purchase for my musical tastes and budget.

(Translated by Google) I've known Lorenzo and this company for many years, I think since 1992, when it was still located in a smaller shop at a different address. They offer unparalleled professionalism, expertise, patience, honesty (a rare word), and an undoubtedly vast selection of high-quality products. I bought my Hi-Fi system here, I've "upgraded" it here over the years, and every time someone asks me for advice on purchasing a system (or a part), my answer has always been the same, ever since. The 5 stars are, as far as I'm concerned, obvious and deserved.

Qui ho sempre speso i miei soldi in maniera equilibrata. Consigliatissimo! (Translated by Google) This week I purchased a tube amplifier with speakers: satisfied as always, as every time I've had the pleasure of visiting this shop. The owner is the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. Before deciding whether to purchase, I was able to do some listening tests, sitting comfortably while all the technical aspects of the equipment in front of me were explained. Every question received a timely and precise answer. "Immagine e Suono" has become my go-to shop for my great passion for high fidelity. That's how it works. I've always spent my money here wisely. Special thanks also to his wife and children, who are always kind and smiling. Highly recommended!

(Translated by Google) I purchased a pair of B&W headphones online. The owner contacted me first by email and then directly via phone to clarify shipping details, both before and afterward, to verify that everything had gone smoothly. During those phone calls, I was able to personally witness their enormous professionalism and expertise, and, last but not least, their uncompromising ethics. I was truly impressed and promised myself, without a shadow of a doubt, to consider Immagine & Suino my go-to place for "high-quality" music listening, despite the 800-plus kilometers that separate us.
